I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, offering a full shower in addition to a bath. The service was professional and friendly, although I wish they had informed me about the room cleaning schedule during check-in. The location is excellent, close to the train station, underground shopping street, and shopping mall. The dining experience was good, with a bit of a limited menu but good value for money. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were clean and tidy, but on the small side. Despite being spacious, the overall look was tired with dirty marks on the walls and poor blinds on the window. The service was pleasant and accommodating, with helpful staff and free coffee provided. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from Hakata Station, surrounded by great shops and food options. The dining experience, while offering some variety, felt quite basic with a limited menu. If you're looking for a well-located hotel with decent service, this could be the one for you.
